How to block Snapchat on iPhone
Streaks are a scheduling obligation dressed as a friendship, and Discover is a feed you never asked for.

Four steps, once
Blocking Snapchat with Warden
Setup takes about two minutes. The last step is the one that matters. After it, you can’t unlock early on your own.

iOS asks once. Warden uses Apple’s Screen Time framework to put the shield up, and can’t block anything without it.

Pick Snapchat from the system app picker. iOS hands Warden an opaque token, so the app never learns which apps you chose.

Give Snapchat a schedule, a daily allowance, or both.

Send one person a link. Once they accept, getting out early is their call.

Will I lose my Snapchat streaks?
Possibly, and it is worth being honest that this is the real cost. Most people who block Snapchat decide the streak was the point of the problem rather than a reason not to.
Can a parent be my Keyholder?
They can be, but Warden is not parental controls. It is built for someone who chooses their own Keyholder and can change them, with a 24-hour cooling period so the change cannot be made in a moment of weakness.
Does it work on Android?
Not yet. Warden is iPhone only, iOS 17 and up.
